How do I reserve my appointment?
-For a show and photoshoots, you can reserve your appointment by paying your invoice in full as long as there is availability remaining. For weddings, reservations can be made upon completion of the wedding contract and submission of a deposit.
Are there travel fees?
-Yes, travel fees can range from $50 to $100 depending on location. For Jocelyn to travel, a minimum of 6 services should be booked. A Jocelyn Hair and Makeup team member local to the event can perform the services without a travel fee.
Can I get a refund?
-No. However, most service fees are transferable.
How should I show up to my show, wedding, or photoshoot appointment?
-If you are getting makeup, clean dry face. If you are getting hair, clean, 100% dry hair(preferably blown out). We will not cut, color, or blow dry hair for these appointments. Bring your own clip in hair extensions for installation if you wish.
Can I bring my friends and family to my appointment?
-We would prefer to keep the appointments strictly to clients to ensure services are done in a stress free environment in a timely manner.
Are touch ups included in my show or photoshoot appointment?
-If you booked a touch up with your appointment, then it is included.
Should I tan my face for competition?
I have allergies, can I bring my own product?
Yes, but if we have not used to product before then we can not guarantee the service 100%
My appointment is over, what is expected of me now?
